5-Minute Famous Banana Oat Delight

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- Handful of chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp raw honey
Preparation
- Boil oats and water in saucepan, stirring well.
- Add half the mashed banana and cinnamon, cook 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in honey.
- Top with sliced banana, blueberries, and walnuts. Love customizing? Try almonds instead of walnuts, or raspberries for that sweet-tart kick! Or go full superfood mode with quinoa + buckwheat instead of oats (1/2 cup each).
