Ingredients
- 2 cups whole spelt flour
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups milk of choice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
Preparation
- Whisk all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mash bananas, add eggs and milk, stir until smooth.
- Stir wet and dry ingredients together, don't overmix.
